Lucy Koh, a US district judge, granted Apple a preliminary junction on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus provided Apple pay a $96 million bond. That’s apparently happened and the ban on sales of the Galaxy Nexus is taking affect. Look no further then the direct sales page on Google Play, which now shows the Galaxy Nexus as coming soon.
The Nexus models are always first in line for new updates and the Galaxy Nexus is no different, with it being among the first in line for the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. Having these phones available for sale means that people can pick up a phone that has Google’s latest and greatest. This one hurts.
