AT&T has officially joined the 4G LTE world, introducing 4G speeds to five major cities in the United States. To get things off on the right foot, AT&T has introduced 4G to:
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Chicago, Illinois
- Dallas, Texas
- Houston, Texas
- San Antonio, Texas
I can’t help but notice that Texas is on there five times and Seattle is on there zero times. But I suppose, not being on AT&T, I really shouldn’t complain. AT&T has also promised ’plans to add 20 4G devices to our robust device portfolio this year, with some of those being LTE capable.’ No word yet, of course, on whether Apple’s next masterpiece will be an LTE device but odds are that we’ll see a host of Android devices to work on AT&T’s 4G LTE network.
Here’s to the future, AT&T!
