A few apps I just added...

    1. Camera magic- camera app that adds zoom to your pics
    2. Google Goggles- you can take pics of items and it will search and bring up web results
    3. Texteasy- allows you to choose contacts from a list and allows multirecipient texts

Just thought I'd chime in again; for radio listeners there's a really nice app made by ClearChannel called "iheartradio".

I don't get decent radio reception at work and web-streaming over the company network is basically un-listenable due to port blocking and bandwidth issues, but I was able to listen to my favorite talk radio shows using this app.

It took a bit of researching the available radio stations' lineups on the intarwebz, but I was able to locate the stations that carried the programs I wanted to listen to. No issues streaming over 3g. This app gets a total of three thumbs up.

You guys should also try Seesmic, another Twitter app. I enjoy it because of it's multiple account access - and it's free!

I love Lightning Bug. It's one of those soothing sounds apps, and comes with a handful of different scenes (storm, beach, etc). You can select from those scenes what you want it to play, and it includes a sleep timer which shuts off the sounds after a certain period of time. Free!

    Some of my favorites:
I have tried Swift, Twidroid, and I have Twidget (which crashes a few times a day), but I really like Tweetcaster the best. And the best thing is they are all free!
    Beautiful Home
Panda home for themes has worked great for me and also free!
    Mixzing music app
    Mabilio Ringtones
    Droid Coupons
    Google Sky Maps (so cool)
    Ringdroid
    Uninstaller

I have blogged and reviewed this app elsewhere, but it is by far the best (and most needed) on my phone.

    Choice Dialer( http://www.androlib.com/android.appl...-pro-wxjE.aspx)

Makes the phone usable while mobile! True hands free (although not BT initiated). One tap on icon, give command "Call Jane Doe"...You will HEAR "Call Jane Doe at which number"...reply with "At mobile", and phone DIALS the number. No need for visual confirmation.

I am using the Pro version ($3.00), and it works beautifully. Opens music ("Play music by Daughtry") will start you music. Opens applications on phone, and more...

I had used the free version, and it worked fine, but since I Beta tested this (as did Scott...), the developer gave me a free copy of the Pro version. Favorite app by far, and necessary in NY!

(still have no clue what I'm doing, but at least I'm having fun doing it!!)

Trying a new one now called MapDroyd that lets you download maps ahead of time and use offline. The maps come from openstreetmap.org.
