yeah. the NES emulator works flawlessly. i'm still having some minor issues with the SNES and Game Boy emulators, but you can still play games.
you use the qwerty and it's great. you can assign whatever buttons you want to use. the only difficult thing for me is that on a real nintendo controller the d-pad is the left and the buttons are on the right. on the droid the d-pad is on the right and the buttons are on the left. it screws with my brain. so far that's the only hiccup, but that doesn't have anything to do with the app. it's well worth the $$ if you like playing mario and zelda.![]()

i have also downloaded and installed the AndAppStore browser from http://andappstore.com/AndroidApplications/apps/!index
most of the apps i've seen are also available in the market, but there was one kick ass one i got called gTasks. it syncs your google tasks. it's pretty cool.
i will report back with other apps i find.
this app store was created in order to allow rooted android phones to access the apps because the android market would no longer be on the phone after rooting i guess. so you have to allow unknown source apps to install. i'll let you know if i run into problems like screw up my droid or something.

The ROM's will work however you may need a different emulator since android runs diff types of files.
Here is a listing of all the emulators there are in the link below.

Some are free some you need to pay for i personally am using the nestoid the free version and duck hunt on that thing rocksi like touching the screen and shooting down the ducks (shhhh dont tell animal rights
"
he's right. you'll need to at least download one from the market. but the roms will work. i just created a folder on my sd card called "nintendoroms" then inside that i have separate folders for each emulator "nes", "snes", "gba".
i don't know about the free version, but apparently the full version supports the light gun.
