    Don't waste time with this link, its a crappy ad for some hair product then a half list of useless "apps", like counting wallpaper as an app.

    I agree, and "Backgrouds" IS an app. It's an app that helps you organize and rate wallpapers and download and set them to your phone. It's not a very good one, but it is an app.
