myTouch Bluetooth conection

    I can´t connect may mobile phone with the bluetooth of my car. It is a Volkswagen Touareg (2007). It has installed the touraeg bluetooth kit.
    Do you Know how to solve this problem?

    I have problem regarding to blue-tooth because i am also not transfer any file to the other phone.i can able to get other's blue-tooth but when i am try to send any file at that time connectivity will not able it will disconnect so not able to transfer.
