They ( my girl and the waitress) tried to trick me but I was aware and had already read the menu where it says that the little flame means that the roll had been cooked so the whole restaurant had a good laugh when i called them out on that.
If memory serves well, I will now list them in order from left to right
First up
PB&J
Spicy tuna and cream cheese wrapped in tempura fried tilapia and avocado; topped with
spicy mayo and a touch of smelt roe, scallions, sesame seeds & eel sauce

then the
Cool Hawaii
Tuna, cucumber and cream cheese with a touch of smelt roe wrapped in fresh kiwi

Tempura dipped and fried crab stick, cream cheese and avocado topped with a touch of smelt roe
Topped with krab and avocado then sprinkled with tempura flakes and drizzled with spicy mayo....I think.
It wasnt on the menu, we ordered it from the recommendation of the couple next to us
then the
Find What Baby
Salmon, scallions, asparagus and cream cheese, all tempura dipped and deep fried then brushed with sweet eel sauce
