    doesnt the Eris come with Google Maps Nav?
    i messed with the Eris this afternoon and it had Google Maps on it...i didnt check what the actual full name it said in the 'about' section of the program but i figured it would be the one the droid had...no?

    unless GMN requires Android 2.0

    its not the same. The Droid is the only phone that has it.

    I read somewhere its part of andriod 2.0 OS. So, I am gonna guess that all the phones that can be upgraded to the 2.0 wil be able to run it.
