Droid Eris HTC Hero Nihghtmare!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP******

    Hi i have sprint htc hero. we have 2 lines on our acct and my daughter and i both got our new heros at the same time... 3 weeks into the first 30 days her phone went haywire force closing everything and nothing would open no service etc, We took it back to best buy where we upgraded and got the new phones and thye automatically replaced it due to it being under30 days now my phones doing same thing and its over 30 days,. AHHHHH im going to sprint first thing in AM to see what can be done. has anyone had this problem or any other similar please let me know. I LOVE my hero i hope this isnt the end of mine......:016:upset:016:upset:016:upset:016:upset

    very strange.

    you might want to call sprint or htc or even go back to bestbuy. maybe the ones you have are defective.
