Droid Eris low on memory

    Need to find out how to move apps to SD card for more phone memory. Just downloaded apps and I have a low memory warning. Please help.

    You have to root and flash a custom ROM.

    wait a second...are you sure your right on that? It should just be as simple as downloading a file manager such as Astro and transfer.

    Astro will backup apps to SD but I don't know any way to run them from there without installing a2sd and the easiest way to do that is to flash a ROM.
