proxy settings Android 2.0.1

    On platforms Android 2.0 and Android 2.0.1 proxy settings are ignored by
    Browser at all.

    I have tried to specify it using the next 3 case:
    1. emulator -http-proxy http://<address>:<port>
    2. export HTTP_PROXY=http://<address>:<port> in adb shell
    3. Specifying it in APN settings.

    It doesn't work at all.
    In contrary it successfully works on 1.5 and 1.6.
    how do I get my internet running on emulator 2.0.1 version?
