Skype won't download on my phone

    Hello,
    Everytime I try to download skype, it takes me to a page saying 'Forbidden, you don't have access to this page'. I tried the skype forums, but nobody replied. Any help you guys could give would be very much appreciated :) Thank you in advance

    Download Skype and restart your mobile phone than run exe file.Again restart and use.
