Swype

Forgive me if I'm repeating what others said or if I'm beating a dead horse. But can someone please direct me to a WORKING Version of Swype for the Nexus one. I've downloaded and tried many and even went to XDA developers and I couldn't find a working one, yet. It's not on the market although I see massive post that it came out on the market. It's annoying been trying to get swype since I've gotten my Nexus One. Thanks.

Yes, I have went here and tried a few links. I'm lost which one I am suppose to be clcciking on I understand they are just mirros but have found a few with broken links that lead no where and a few that download with errors. Are these suppose to be APK files or ZIP files that have to be applied as update.zip?

It's a .apk. I had no problem getting it from MegaUpload with my computer.

I signed up for the beta even tho it was closed and got the official beta app in two weeks time .... sign up !!!!

i have it running on my incredible running 2.2 currently.
if that link doesnt work Ill find you a working one.

Unfortunately, my swype has expired. Any idea where to get a non trial version that fits my screen?

XDA is so huge that it is hard to find things but it is always worth a search. I also use androidforums.com.

Did you sign up for the beta? You might get lucky. I got in when it was open. 2 days.
