    I thought I lost my door a little over a month ago. I called 611 and the rep said they would send me a new one asap. She said I should receive it in about 3 days. She did say either they were out of stock or low onstock but I would get mine. The Verizon website was out when I called. I don't know if there is a wait list. Its been over a month and I still haven't received it. Luckily I found mine two days later so it isn't a big deal.
