Galaxy Nexus Ban Suspended, Sales To Resume Next Week

The ban on sales of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus has been temporarily suspended by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, at the request of Samsung. This decision will last until Apple responds, at which time the court will then decide if the suspension will stay in place until the end of the patent trial. Google pulled the Galaxy Nexus from the Google Play Store earlier this week.

If you are a glass half full type of person, then the good news is that sales of the Galaxy Nexus will resume next week. Included in the release will Android 4.1 ‘Jelly Bean’ along with a software workaround intended to remove any potential patent violations.
