LG today announced that the LG Optimus 5 would be released in major European markets later this month. Initially, it will be available in the UK, Germany and France with the Middle East, CIS and Asia next in line to receive the handset. Central America and South America markets are also on the release docket.
The LG Optimus 5 measures in at just 9.5mm and will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
