Today marks the first day of sales of the Samsung Galaxy S III, available through T-Mobile with the release on AT&T, Sprint and Verizon to follow. Samsung Mobile hosted a party in NYC last night, hosted by actress Ashley Greene of Twilight series fame. Also on hand were NBA stars Steve Nash, Kevin Love and Stephen Curry. Perhaps the biggest part of the night, outside of the Galaxy S III, was the performance by DJ Skrillex. Samsung also announced they would be making a $1.5 million donation to the World Wildlife Fund.
Expect to see plenty about the Samsung Galaxy S III, as they have plans for the largest and most innovative advertising campaign ever in the US.
