On August 20th at 4:30 pm EST, Samsung’s television support site is slated to show the Samsung Epic 4G. With previous Samsung releases (see Vibrant and Captivate), these dates were around the release dates. While we wait for Sprint to provide us with a release date, right now August 20th is looking like a possible date. Anyone here waiting on the Epic 4G or simply waiting on 4G in your area before getting one these speed demons.

i love these new super fast phones and hardware. Not happy about paying for 4g in a 3g market. Phoenix isnt even on the todo list i have seen for 4g. Sounds like sprint is really pushing 4g phone hardware regardless.
been looking forward to this phone for months…hope Sprint doesnt waste any time pushing this one out with the “out of stock” problem like the Evo..which is STILL hard to get hands on
