Rumored for weeks, the Motorola Droid 4 is official, coming to Verizon in the coming weeks with 4G LTE support on board. It also boasts of being the thinnest full-size QWERTY keyboard.

  • Dual-core 1.2GHz processor
  • 1GB RAM
  • Android 2.3
  • 8 Megapixel camera
  • Nano coating

Like all the Motorola phones announced thus far, the Droid 4 will be in line for the Ice Cream Sandwich update.
